Gallery 44 invites you to an intimate Artist Breakfast & Panel for The House Has a Body, bringing together exhibiting artists Marisa Müsing, Hayfa Algwaiz and Monya Riachi in conversation.
The morning will begin at 9:30am with a guided tour of the exhibition and its works, followed by breakfast and a sit-down conversation with the three artists, moderated by Christina Schoucair, founder of Hayaty Diaries, and Soraya Durand, founder of Naso Art Journal.
Hosted by Gallery 44, the conversation will move through the ideas at the heart of The House Has a Body - considering the relationship between the body and the spaces it inhabits, and how memory, material and lived experience can become embedded within objects, interiors and the architecture of the home.
Taking place during Frieze Week, the morning offers an opportunity to encounter the exhibition and hear directly from the artists about their individual practices and the conversations that emerge between their works.
Gallery 44 is located in Primrose Hill, just a short walk from Regent’s Park, allowing guests to continue on to Frieze following the panel.
